Peanut Butter Sheet Cake







Peanut Butter Cake
1/2c peanut butter
1c water
1c butter
2c flour
2c white sugar
1tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2c buttermilk

Peanut Butter Frosting
1/2c butter
1/2c peanut butter
6Tbs buttermilk
1tsp vanilla
3c powder sugar

Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. In a suacepan, bring peanut butter, water, and butter to a rapid boil. 

Pour over flower mixture. Combine well and stir in eggs and buttermilk. 

Pour batter int a greased jelly roll pan. 10X14 inches. and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. 

In a saucepan, bring peanut butter, butter, and buttermilk to rapid boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost cake while frosting is hot.
