Fruit Cobbler






1/4 lb Margarine/ Butter
11/2 c. Flour
11/2 c Sugar
3 t. Baking powder
3/4 c Milk
1 qt of fresh fruit/canned/frozen doesn't matter
1 c Water
1/2 c Sugar





Melt butter and pour into a 9X13" pan. Now mix Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, and Milk, keep stirring until consistency of cake batter.  Now, pour batter in pan on top of the melted butter. Now take the fruit, water, and sugar in a bowl and stir gently till well coated. Now pour your fruit of choice into the pan on top of all other ingredients. Now bake at 375 F for 45 min or until golden brown.

 Ready for the oven!
