Cake
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/3 Cup Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup (2 sticks) Butter
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Combine sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and sugar mix well. Heat butter and water in a saucepan till boiling. Pour over dry ingredients, mix well. Beat in buttermilk, eggs and vanilla. Pour thin batter in greased and floured 15'X10" pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
Frosting
1/2 Cup (1 stick) Butter
1/4 Cup Cocoa
6 Tbl Milk
4 Cups (1lb) Powder Sugar
1 Cup chopped Nuts
Combine butter, cocoa , and milk in a saucepan. Heat to boiling. Pour sugar and nuts. Pour over hot cake.
