Thanksgiving Mash Potatoes

These mash potatoes are so good that we have to make a stalk pot full to feed our small family. Surprisingly we only have a little leftovers. Since I was a child we have always had these potatoes at every holiday that I can remember. We call them "Grandma's Pink Potatoes" the pink comes from our secret ingredient. This recipe is not for the Stalk Pot amount of potatoes, but for about 10 people. To make a Stalk Pot amount use this recipe as a base and get a big bag of potatoes from your local Warehouse store.
